Shipping Policy
We provide shipping all over India on a chargeable basis. Occasionally we may have promotions whereby we offer free shipping. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available but will be available in the future.
Depending on the address mentioned at the time of placing the order, Acadmart Solutions will deliver the goods ordered through our Courier Partner. Our courier partner is highly reliable. They will complete our orders using road transportation.
Shipping varies depending on the region, weight and size of the package. However the shipping charges till the door step have been included in the product prices.
We dispatch products from Monday to Friday. Once you place the order, we will aim to dispatch the order in 7-10 working days. However due to unforeseen circumstances, the dispatch of your order can take up to 12 working days. You will be informed via email upon dispatch of the order. For urgent requests please get in touch with our customer service on support@acadmart.com and we will try to help as best as we can.
We endeavor to dispatch your order within 7-10 working days, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery of your order can take up to 10-12 working days. You will be informed via email upon dispatch of the order.
Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 12-14 working days for delivery to your desired address. However Orders within Pune can be expected within 8 days of dispatch.

· Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
